One of Gageego!’s most beloved guests is composer and conductor Péter Eötvös. This concert will be part of his 75^th birthday celebrations in collaboration with the Gothenburg Symphony.

We’ll get a whole new piece, written for Gageego! and singer/Noh actress Ryoko Aoki.

The evening’s programme forms a beautiful Eastern European production: from Ligeti via Eötvös to Belgrade-born Swedish composer Djuro Zivkovic’s Grawemeyer-award-winning On the Guarding of the Heart.
